  2. TLC Spell Checker is a Windows 3.x program that comes with a 26000 word 
  3. English dictionary, TLCDic.DLL ( a DLL to read the dictionary), and an example
  4. program that allows the user to spell check any English text document. 
  5. Registration is $10.00.  Registered users get an enhanced English dictionary, 
  6. and may purchase French, Norwegian, Dutch, German, and Italian dictionaries
  7. at $5 each. (Only the French dictionary has accented characters).

  9. To install the program Double-Click on SetUp.Exe from the File Manager.

  36. in its complete uninstalled form.  Association of Shareware
  37. Professional (ASP) Vendors, BBS's and clubs may charge a nominal 
  38. distribution fee.  Non-ASP distributors must secure specific
  39. permission prior to distribution.  Distribution of English.Lex and TLCDic.DLL
  40. is authorized for ASP shareware authors who distribute them as an
  41. integeral part of their shareware and when copyright credit is given to
  42. Software Engineering and Fabrication.

  53. TLC Phone Book is a Windows program that maintains a data base of names, addresses, phone 
  54. numbers, and other notes.  Both work and home addresses and phone numbers are included.  
  55. The data base can be any dBase III, dBase IV, FoxPro 2.0 or 2.5, Paradox 3.x, Access 1.1 or an 
  56. internal (Access 1.1) format.  The only limit put on the use of the above listed data bases are that 
  57. no encryption is allowed.  Registration is $10.00

  59. TLC Spell Checker is a Windows 3.x program that includes an English Dictionary and a DLL that 
  60. is callable from any Windows programming language.  The program allows a person to check 
  61. the spelling in any text document.  Royalty free use after registration.  Registration is $10.00.  
  62. Registered users get an enhanced English dictionary.  Registered users may also purchase for 
  63. $5 each dictionaries of French, Norwegian, Dutch, German, and Italian.

  65. TLCPack is a Windows 3.x program which may serve with PKZip ((C)PKWare), 
  66. LHARc ((C)Yoshi), or compress/LZExpand ((C)Microsoft) as a front-end.  Additionally,
  67. TLCPack can be a stand-alone routine.  Two compression routines are
  68. included.  One routine is optimized for time and the other for size.
